About us
The story began in the field… and from the experience of Bayti Al-Thani Nursery, Hadef Institute was born.
Hadef Training Institute was launched as an extension of accumulated experience in childhood and childcare, beginning with Bayti Al-Thani Nursery and nearly 13 years of fieldwork, and of observing the real needs of children, families, and caregivers.
As the experience grew, the need arose to take this knowledge and expertise to a wider reach; so Hadef Institute was created to be a specialized arm for training, consulting, and qualification in the field of childhood, carrying what we learn from the field into practical, applicable programs.
Today, Hadef combines field experience with specialized qualification, enabling mothers, teachers, caregivers, and those working in the childhood sector with the knowledge and skills that help them provide better care and make a real impact in children's lives.
What began as a nursery experience… has become a mission that extends to developing the entire childhood ecosystem.
